400 Day Clock Beat Setting Tool

Beat setting is no longer a clumsy, frustrating operation with this tool. You actually tighten the locking screw first. Then clamp the beat-setting tool to the saddle or the ends of the suspension unit and set the pendulum rotating. The long arm of the tool will give you the leverage to make micrometer adjustments to the saddle or suspension unit while watching the escapement action and pendulum rotation. Fits all sadles.
